Dry cleaning uses specialized, environmentally friendly solvents instead of water and detergent to clean garments that may not be suitable for traditional washing. Each garment undergoes a thorough four-point inspection before packaging to ensure your garments are crisp and stain-free. Afterward, our experienced pressers hand-press each garment for a smooth, polished finish.

If your garment is missing a care label, our experienced team will carefully assess its fabric and construction to determine the most appropriate cleaning method. We rely on our expertise to provide your garments with the care they deserve.

Turnaround times vary depending on the type of garments and services requested. Most orders are ready within a few days. If you need your garments by a specific date, please let us know when you are dropping off, and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.

For those in need of a quicker turnaround, Tesoro Cleaners also offers Same-Day Service Monday through Friday. Simply drop off your garments by 9:00 am, and they will be ready for pickup by 5:00 pm that same day.

Yes, we do! With Our Same-Day Service, customers can drop off their garments by 9 am Monday through Friday, and they will be ready by 5 pm the same day for pickup.

Best of all, we do not charge extra for same-day or expedited service. You can enjoy the convenience of a quicker turnaround while paying our low regular prices.

Please Note: Same-day service does not apply to specialized services such as alterations, wedding gown preservation, as well as leather & suede cleaning. These services require additional time depending on the work needed.

When you drop off your garments, we provide you with a customer copy of your drop-off receipt for your records. Your receipt includes:

• Your name

• Requested Pick-Up Date & Time - The date and time your order will be ready for pickup. Our standard pick-up time after 5:00 pm 

• Services Requested — The type of cleaning or services requested for your garments

• Total Number of Articles - A record of the garments you dropped off

We also have a store copy of your ticket that we use for processing your order!

We recommend keeping your receipt in a safe place, such as your wallet, and bringing it with you when picking up your order. We also suggest referring to the pick-up day of your ticket when planning your visit. Your receipt has a barcode that we can scan to retrieve your order in our system, helping ensure a smooth and efficient pick-up experience. 

If you don't have your receipt when picking up your garments, simply provide us with the phone number associated with your account. Our team can use it to retrieve your order and complete the pickup process.
